I needed to get a landing page up very quickly for my holiday sale and Jesse in customer service was so incredibly helpful. In this day of bots, bots everywhere, it is so refreshing to be able to deal with a customer service/support rep that is a real human, and SO knowledgeable and helpful. I used the platform and it's great, the customer service too, Genie was very patient with me, she helped me a lot.
I have just started using Beae Landing up and I was impressed with the Templates it has. I needed help and I was really pleased as well with the help that I got on chat with one of the agents who was very helpful and even helped me with the issue I was having before.
