For some reason, this does not send me emails for anybody who uses a Yahoo email. I pay for the premium, and I receive email notifications for every email, but the people who use Yahoo. I reached out to the dev team, they asked for more information, but never got back to me after I replied to their email.
Also, the dev team has access to all your messages, they sent me a screenshot of my message inbox and asked which ones where not going though. Somewhat annoyed they can access my inbox without my permission.
UPDATE on 7/31/2020: For your information, I have read the description. It clearly states: "Add custom fields and departments, attach image and auto-respond incl in our premium version", which I was not able to do so. I also took a snap shot of the description as well. You should inform merchants in your description that adding field boxes is not allowed.
When I upgraded the app, I was hoping I would be able to use more features and customized my contact form more. This app doesn't even allow you to add field boxes or file uploads, 2 split boxes, etc. You're only allowed to use the boxes they have on default with the option of hiding the field box, but not adding any field boxes.
Nothing special about this app and pretty much a waste of my $3.95. Thank goodness I didn't pay a whole bunch of money for this!
