We run a very niche Ice Cream Cake business. And we have been doing deliveries all across Melbourne for the past 1.5 years.

Since July 2025, since we have started using Bearer's services, we have been thrilled have a whole group of Bearers assigned to our store and our area. Its like having an army of courier drivers as and when you need them and at your disposal!

The installation and setup process was a breeze and took less than 10 mins from start to finish.

Over the last 2.5 months we have completed close to 250 deliveries with them, with possibly just 1 or 2 slightly delayed deliveries. We would say that is an extremely high % of accuracy and are very happy with this service level.

Since Mid July 2025, with the rates that Bearer offers to us and our customers, we have grown our business month on month to close to 1.8-2.4x in sales and are on the upward trend once again for the month of October!

Like all companies, there are always teething issues, but as a whole the support that Amir and his team have given us, we are extremely thrilled in working with them!

We hope to grow even further in times to come and we recommend Bearer to any small / medium business owner who is trying to grow their reach to all parts of Melbourne Metro area!
