useless on your orders. cannot see personalization on cart or orders at all and does not explain how to fix this

Needed customers to select 5 choices for a single product. This app was perfect and unlike others it's free!

We experienced an issue with the app that resulted in unintended formatting issues that we were unable to resolve. Within hours of contacting the dev, they were able to sort out all the issues.
While the app does not fully provide the functionality we're looking for I have nothing bad to say about it. It wasn't what we were looking for; but the Dev Team is amazing.

This app works so well, I use it to provide more custom options for my customers and it’s really helpful.

Had trouble with app authenticating through Shopify because I have so many items in my store - Thomas reached out to me and gave me a link to their developer page and I was able to update my variant there. I have tested it in my shop and it does indeed work. Thank you!

I used this app to allow customizable product. Allowing users to change color, materials and add engraving. The app out of the box is great. Quick emails with direct support leading to immediate solutions. Try the app out!
