The app works great, it is easy to customize with many options available for my store. The support is really excellent

The app works great, it does exactly what I wanted, many personalized options. The support is perfect, I am very happy using the app so far.

Very glitchy, it resets all fields repeatedly, Ive had to redo everything around 3 times in the last week as it reformats and deletes fields that were previously inputted. Very frustrating!!!!

useless on your orders. cannot see personalization on cart or orders at all and does not explain how to fix this

We experienced an issue with the app that resulted in unintended formatting issues that we were unable to resolve. Within hours of contacting the dev, they were able to sort out all the issues.
While the app does not fully provide the functionality we're looking for I have nothing bad to say about it. It wasn't what we were looking for; but the Dev Team is amazing.
