BeProfit ‑ Profit Analytics

I never bother leaving reviews but this was an exceptionally bad experience. I have some issues with the app itself, doesn't work well and missing some basic features but what was the worst was the support. Took days to answer and then the answer was a sentence or two, lazy, didn't answer my questions at all. Just seemed like someone responding to the requests in their lunch break and didn't really care if it helped. It was clear they didn't even read my message ‍♂️

The app is great, and the support was great, but now they only have bot chats, and they don't respond to their emails anymore either. We have waited 2 weeks for responses, and as a business, these things are important to fix. We are also on the highest plan, and not having an account manager that we can reach out to is just dumb. It's a sign that the app is dying.

It is a great app, but they took away the free plan they used to offer.

At one point I was on a paid plan under $30 a month, but realized I could do what I needed on the free plan (the paid plan didn't offer much value for what I needed to do, just simple tracking of expenses). Now without warning the free plan is gone and the entry level plan is now $49 a month, but for what I'm not sure. Now I'm locked out of accessing reports of my expenses unless I pay. It's time to delete this app and say goodbye. I can track expense on my own since I"m such a small business. I might check out trueprofit as mentioned in another app.

Super Bad Experience. Staff super slow to respond. I get one response a day....

On March 7th I noticed

Theres a huge issue where my products are not appearing therefore I cant add costs. All my data is skewed and inaccurate

They said they have escalated but its been a week and half for it to get here.

Update 24th March. Still no fix. If something happens to your account they are very slow to fix. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Update 2nd April. They told me they can't fix this problem for me. Now I have to migrate to a new app and will lose alot of my data.

Best Profit and Loss App I've ever used!
I was struggling to calculate my 2020 profit and loss. I was lost in COGS, PayPal, Shopify payouts, shipping fees, recurring payments etc. I was even trying to keep everything in an Excell file until I found BeProfit! These guys saved my life. This is an absolute must if you have a store regardless if it's online or not. Customer service is A+++ I had a issue at 1am scheduled a call at 10am you can not ask for amazing support like that. Now to the why: The program combines you total ad spend, cost of goods and operating expenses to determine your ROI. This has allowed me to make adjustments to my inventory and prices. It syncs to Aliexpress and other DS companies. You really need this program in your business. The success of your business is in the numbers. You need this best investment ever.

From all profits calculated apps this one is the greatest for me, I connected all my accounts and I got all the info I was needed
Also I like to check support even when it's free and I got imidiatly answer I like it so much! Thanks guys all the best and greetings

We switched over to Beprofit from another service, Beprofit is by far better! It's easier to use and understand which helps when making important business decisions. This app is a must if you're not a bookkeeper or an accountant.

I really do enjoy using Beprofit. It makes analyzing what's working and keeping track of everything so much easier.
