We have been using Beprofit for a while, the has been issues and ups and downs, but with help of customer service we have solved that. Also it could be bit better for users with many stores, for example if its same business, then operational costs could be spread across all stores etc.

Good software and can trust that my numbers are accurate with using this. It's extremely important for me to know them down to a tee so to have them broken down in a way that is easy to understand and accurate is great.

Someone installed this app in 2023 and company has been paying $720 per year since --- never used. They will not respond to my emails and will not cancel the subscription or refund even though I requested cancellation prior to being charged.

Easy to work with!

We have tested a few profit-tracking platforms over time, and BeProfit is by far the most accurate and analytical one we’ve used. The level of detail and clarity it provides gives us real confidence in our numbers; especially with the complexity of our expense structure.

At the beginning, we had quite a few setup questions because our cost structure isn’t simple. Anthony personally offered one-on-one support to make sure everything was configured properly. What stood out the most was his commitment. Even though the time zone meant some ridiculous hours for him, he still made himself available and patient throughout the process.

That level of service is rare.

BeProfit goes above and beyond, not just as a software platform but as a team that genuinely cares about its users getting it right. We honestly wish every platform we deal with provided this kind of support and professionalism.

Misleading profit reporting – only counts ad spend it can attribute

Installed BeProfit on trial and immediately found a major flaw.
Despite being fully connected to our Google Ads account, it only imported ~15% of our actual Google Ads spend.

Live chat confirmed this is by design — BeProfit only “counts” ad spend that can be attributed via UTMs / converted traffic, and ignores the rest of the spend entirely.

This massively inflates profit figures and makes the dashboard commercially unusable for any serious Google Ads advertiser (especially Performance Max / feed-based ecommerce).

A profit tool must always show total ad spend, even if attribution is imperfect. Hiding spend because it can’t be matched is misleading.

Wasted half a day setting this up. Would not recommend.

BeProfit has honestly been super helpful for our business. It’s a really solid profit analytics platform that finally gives us a clear picture of what we’re actually making after all costs. The dashboard is clean, easy to use, and way better than trying to piece things together manually.

Also, their support is great — every time I reached out, they replied quickly and actually solved the issue, not just copy-paste answers.

One thing that makes it even better is the multi-shop view , merged, in the dashboard. Since we run several stores, having everything in one place is a huge benefit.

Overall, BeProfit is definitely worth it if you want to understand your real numbers and manage your store more efficiently.

The BeProfit App was amazing. It really helped us with getting a better hold of our business. The top plan has a lot of functionality which helps a business like us understand how we are operating in each market and reinvesting our capital to grow even further! Highly recommend! Support is also 10/10 and always there to see through issues.

Horrible, I had the app for one day. I wanted to deactivate my account since this isn’t for my liking and the chat support was a joke. They refused to help me deactivate my account and kept leaving me on read. Beware.

Exactly what I needed. This app has taken a massive stress off my shoulders. I used to rely on Excel files to keep track of business numbers, which was very time-consuming and not even accurate enough. Since using this app, my business finally makes sense, and I don’t even spend a third of the time I used to on manually tracking everything.

The team have been amazing answering my questions and guiding me they truly know how to treat their customers to ensure clarity and help you get the most out of the app.

Highly recommend don’t even look elsewhere.

Update — July 2026Still using BeProfit daily and it keeps getting better. The team continues to be incredibly responsive — had a specific request recently and they went out of their way to help. The app has become a core part of how I run my business every day. Can't imagine going back to spreadsheets.
