Misleading profit reporting – only counts ad spend it can attribute
Installed BeProfit on trial and immediately found a major flaw.
Despite being fully connected to our Google Ads account, it only imported ~15% of our actual Google Ads spend.
Live chat confirmed this is by design — BeProfit only “counts” ad spend that can be attributed via UTMs / converted traffic, and ignores the rest of the spend entirely.
This massively inflates profit figures and makes the dashboard commercially unusable for any serious Google Ads advertiser (especially Performance Max / feed-based ecommerce).
A profit tool must always show total ad spend, even if attribution is imperfect. Hiding spend because it can’t be matched is misleading.
Wasted half a day setting this up. Would not recommend.
BeProfit has honestly been super helpful for our business. It’s a really solid profit analytics platform that finally gives us a clear picture of what we’re actually making after all costs. The dashboard is clean, easy to use, and way better than trying to piece things together manually.
Also, their support is great — every time I reached out, they replied quickly and actually solved the issue, not just copy-paste answers.
One thing that makes it even better is the multi-shop view , merged, in the dashboard. Since we run several stores, having everything in one place is a huge benefit.
Overall, BeProfit is definitely worth it if you want to understand your real numbers and manage your store more efficiently.

This app is really useful to keep track of the financial part of my small business. It is very easy to use and it work well. I have been using it for about a year. Their customer service is also very effective and they always respond to my questions. I have been using the BeProfit app for a few years and it has been great. Since Shopify only provides basic reports, this app has been very helpful in allowing me to see custom sales reports and they even added some tax reports at my request. They are responsive to customer service inquiries and have been helpful. Highly recommended!

I had a terrible experience with this app. I requested a refund on the same day that the services were due to renew, as we no longer needed them. To my surprise, the refund was rudely declined. When I asked why, I was told it was because of their "policy." However, after reviewing their terms and conditions carefully, I could find no mention of a no-refund policy. It seems like they simply make up policies on the spot to avoid giving refunds.
I find it incredibly frustrating and unprofessional that they declined my request without providing clear justification or referencing their actual policies. Transparency is key, and this app lacks that completely. I will not be using their services again, and I highly recommend others to be cautious before committing to anything with this company.

Exactly what I needed. This app has taken a massive stress off my shoulders. I used to rely on Excel files to keep track of business numbers, which was very time-consuming and not even accurate enough.
