The CED Best Buy Canada Integration app does not function properly. It never has worked 100%. The customer support is there, but most often the support team has to manually submit feeds when I reach out because this app does not work properly. The last time there was an issue (recently), there was no solution provided and the support team did not reply to my email.
We have been using this APP since June 2018. There were a few bugs in the beginning but CED Commerce has worked extremely hard to get this APP to integrate any Shopify store with the BestBuy Marketplace. Customer service is always available and resolves issues ASAP. The beginning was tough but their customer support have always been extremely motivated to help us, and
now the APP works great and all is good.
This app will help you manage your products on BestBuy, and sync your catalog from Shopify to BestBuy. The team at CedCommerce has been supporting us 24/7, and worked with us to customize our solution. They're a pleasure to work with!
The below issue CED Support worked on and now work like the other apps. They do listen and improve their apps I have multiple CED apps and this one they appear to have stopped all investment into. There is no bulk fix feature like in their other apps e.g. Walmart app allows you to assign the default DVD rating where as this one doesn't. The results are clear as I have over 400 items listed on Walmart but only 21 listed on Bestbuy. Save time and money and just list the Bestbuy items manually as this App does not help at all
Best app for the integration and excellent service from them. Highly recommend using this app for all kind of feature that you are looking to do.
