A rudimentary app that offers simple features. I don't think it's designed for commercial-level businesses. I have to build my charts each and every time I list a new product, which is frankly redundant, tiring, and frustrating.
Plus, there's no way to save your charts, so that you can use them again—you're forced to create a chart every single time. Incredible that they weren't able to figure this out from the start. Currently looking for a replacement.
Thank you again for your feedback. Since your review, we’ve made several important updates to address the exact concerns you raised. You can now duplicate size charts, which makes it much easier to reuse charts across products without starting from scratch. We've also added the ability to customize the position of the chart—like placing it right next to product options—to better fit your store layout.
In addition, we’ve significantly improved loading performance for merchants with a large number of size charts, and we’re excited to share that we've introduced a built-in unit converter, allowing your customers to easily switch between cm and inches.
We’re a small two-person team based in California and are always working to improve based on feedback like yours. If you’d be willing to give the app another try—or update your review if things are working better now—we’d really appreciate it.

Using it but discovered it doesnt work, it shows up when i come on the page and when i select a colour, it dissapears and doesnt come back only when refresh, and if i select any colour again, it dissapears again
Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the trouble you experienced. After investigating the issue, we found it was caused by a conflict with the third-party app Swatch King. We've since made our app fully compatible with it, and we also added a custom positioning setting based on your specific request.

Worst app ever. Do not download! It will ruin your shop rendering it completely useless. You will loose orders and your ads budget too.
They take alot of time to reply even when your business is stopped because of their app

Merchant had an issue with a different app of ours, Variant Option Product Options.
We fixed the issue within 3 hours but the merchant was still angry and wanted to leave a negative review for BF Size Charts even though they didn't have any issues with the app.
***SCAM ALERT*** they are making fool with them app. Not recommend. No customer service no response. Size chart automatically disappears after few mins and suffered huge sales loss. Nor recommended.
Fixed the issue with the most recent update.
Hi Soha, I am sorry you had issues with our app. I emailed you right when I woke up (2 hours after you sent your email) but didn't get a response.
