Mergify: Combine, Merge Orders

Mergify has honestly helped us more than I expected. We get customers who place another order right after the first one, and before this app we would sometimes ship them separately without noticing. Now it is much easier to catch and combine them.

Great for saving time and shipping costs. Instead of creating separate labels for orders that can ship together, we use Mergify to merge them into one order. It is easy to use and gives us enough control to fit our workflow.

The automatic merge option is a big plus. Once we set up our rules, Mergify helped take a repetitive task off our plate. It is especially useful during busy periods when customers place multiple orders close together.

Mergify has cleaned up our shipping workflow. We like that we can control how the merged order is created and what happens to the original orders. It feels flexible without being complicated.

This app is great for those "oops, customer ordered again" moments. Instead of sending two packages to the same address, we can merge the orders and ship once. Very helpful.

Works great for us! Make sure to enable the feature in Mergify → More Settings → Miscellaneous - that can allow it to see orders older than 60 days. Their support chat helped me with this and is very quick at responding! We use this app to merge orders from large pre-order collections. The only snag is international orders, which you may have to merge manually.

For a small business, Mergify is a valuable, time saving solution especially for international orders where product information and HS codes need to be included with information in the label.
