这个软件对中文的适配很好，很适合我这种英文不太好的卖家。目前产品是免费的，对刚想入门shopify的卖家来说非常友好。客服支持也非常及时，希望以后会有一些AI相关的功能帮助我自主处理售前问题，还有一些社交媒体的深度集成功能。

So far so good, I'm happy with the chat function as it's truly unlimited chats. It works well on my website, and almost no effect on website loading time, which is very crucial.
