Ik gebruik de chatbot net 2 dagen en ik ben wel tevreden, hij stuurt mijn klanten naar de juiste pagina's als ze vragen hebben en indien nodig, ga ik de vragen beantwoorden.

looks good but when i install their smartbot, they don't seem to integrate together which is a bad thing, we cannot have two chats on one website. the logic should be smartbot -> human livechat. seems don't have such option on this.

Seems good so far not much use on mobiles to change settings hence the 3 stars
