this is the second time we try this app in about 2 years span. pros: some of the options have improved and actually work - the AI has improved as well. Cons: lack of customer service - the chat app doesn't work well still and needs much improvements especially taking over from AI on live chats (we lost many customers because of this) - there is a big gap of options in the paid subscriptions and it needs to be setup for better value. For now we will continue to try it until we find a better alternative or unless they fix these issues asap.

Seems good so far not much use on mobiles to change settings hence the 3 stars

This app seemed to be great at the beginning when i was setting up, but i dont receive any notifications when folks are on the site. The multilanguage ability also has glitches that dont allow me to properly transalte some english to french. Seemd promising at first though

This software works well, customer service is responsive and problems are solved accurately and efficiently, this software can do a lot and is worth a try, but there is one thing I would like to improve, the ability to see messages from customers and reply directly, at the moment it is only an online chat function, I hope it will be added soon.

looks good but when i install their smartbot, they don't seem to integrate together which is a bad thing, we cannot have two chats on one website. the logic should be smartbot -> human livechat. seems don't have such option on this.

Impressive for 15 minutes till I realized that it would remain visible to users even when it was not attended. We know from A/B testing this is a killer on Mobile for us, so had to uninstall because they said turning it off was not a feature. That warrants 4 starts.
Giving this 3 stars because it remains on my site even AFTER being uninstalled. Such a waste of time chasing down how to finally get it off.
