I installed this app last week. I have to say it is incredible. The mobile app, in particular, is critical for me to stay in touch with my customers. When a customer sends me a message, I get a notification on my phone. So far, I've had a great experience with this app.

I love this app so much! I had another chat app installed first, but it didn't have an app for my iPhone. With this service I can also get notified on my iPhone and talk to potential customers when I'm away from the computer. Lots of easy-to-use customisations and features, plus it looks great. I wanted to leave a review because I'm also so impressed with how speedy and polite the customer service were to answer a question I had. Thank you!

I was very satisfied from the first moment I downloaded the application. there was only a small deficiency that I needed, when I shared it with their team, they made an effort to improve it.
