Loved this app when I first installed it, but then came across an issue where I could not login. Had to use another chatbot for a bit, but Kyrie and the team fixed my issue and I am now able to use their app. It's such a great app and you can customize quite a lot and really make it your own. One of the best chat apps I've seen so far, and they offer it free which really helps smaller or startups like myself. Customer service is almost always around and a pleasure to speak with. Thank you!!

this api is quite simple and easy to customize for my online store,

介面簡單,好操作。Inbox icon 的呈現方式有引導用戶聊天的功能。不過國際化的部分需要再改善一些(例如:chat invitation 的語言,希望可以設定不同語言)。帳號的使用也希望可以有多個帳號同時登入(目前限制2個,但這部分可以跟客服溝通,他們會幫你申請)。整體來看,很OK

Wonderful app with fantastic customizations, very happy with it and super happy that it's free. The only thing missing is maybe a selection for translating to your own languages, an option to add "other" to the languages tab because for example Lithuanian is not an option. But still very happy.
