Loved this app when I first installed it, but then came across an issue where I could not login. Had to use another chatbot for a bit, but Kyrie and the team fixed my issue and I am now able to use their app. It's such a great app and you can customize quite a lot and really make it your own. One of the best chat apps I've seen so far, and they offer it free which really helps smaller or startups like myself. Customer service is almost always around and a pleasure to speak with. Thank you!!

Nice app, very personalizable and custom made to your own taste. You can add preset questions, fast answers; choose the chat style and you even have emoticons and (important) images upload. For someone who custom makes their products, having images upload in the chat is very important to choose materials and style of the upcoming personalized products with the customer. It is also very nice that it has a mobile app.

I recently started using BestChat Live Chat Chatbot and I am blown away by its functionality. As a business owner, it's important for me to have a chatbot that can provide seamless 1-to-1 customer service, especially for my customers who speak Chinese. BestChat offers a fully Chinese-operated backend that allows me to connect with my customers in simplified or traditional Chinese, making it easy for me to expand my business into new markets.

One of the best things about BestChat is the real-time tracking of customer browsing behavior. It allows me to stay ahead of potential customer inquiries and have pre-set Q&A that can be easily customized. Plus, with the weekly data report, I can analyze my chatbot's performance and identify areas for improvement.

This app is actually really really well made, especially to be completely free with no hidden charges. My only thing is that you can't translate the app text. You can choose from preset translations, but I want to be able to customize all text anywhere on the app. The other thing is that there is no real sync with Shopify data. You can't see what people have in their cart, you can't see order history, you can't do anything with the customer account or Shopify orders. All you can do is see what page they're on and what info they used to self-identify. If it wasn't for those 2 things, it would be the perfect app. But I'm going to uninstall it because I need the other features.
