I had the free version. At first I was able to customize the colors and settings with ease. After several months of use, the ability to change the colors is no longer a free option. There are several apps out there which are much easier to use and allow greater customization for a fraction of the paid version.

used the app for years for free email box and social buttons, now they want $9.99 its been deleted, the features i used are free on shopify
nothing special on the premium the usual c class website pop till you drop ups

Does not allow you to add a Custom Field Box. Its pre-set with only 7 Pre-titled Non Changeable form boxes.

Waste of time. Free version wouldn't save customized updates and kept showing the default background picture and style.
