I really like this contact form. It is FREE...so the price is right. I love how simple it was to install and set up. They give you lots of great options, but my favorite is the ability to put a photo image behind your contact form....no other contact form that I found in the shopify app store has this feature. I sell children't fabric and this feature lets me customize the form to my shop. It really looks like it belongs. LOVE IT! The forms function is great, too. I can set this up to come to my personal email (the customer never sees my email address) and then I can reply directly to them. NICE! Highly recommend. Easy Contact Form offers a lot of options: popups, sliders, banners, promo boxes etc making it good value. The customisable email newsletter has been a good one, enabling me to add a photo behind the signup form, attracting twice as many signups as my previous one with Justuno in the same time it's been uploaded and live.
However.... I am not especially thrilled with the Contact Us section.
Because I run an event business, I need to see the customer name and date of the event as a subject line in my inbox to make it easy to see and file.
It seems Easy Contact Form can manage only the person's name as a subject title for my inbox which is not great when I'm paying extra for the Premium monthly level. So three stars from me until this is fixed.

Really happy with this one for our new store www.oliviasloft.com. Unlike another one we looked at,there is no code. Simple to install.

This is a very helpful app, easy to setting up and helpful for any customer who comes to my store. could upload a video step by step to make even more easier.

Easy to use, simple navigation and makes creating a contact form super simple.

Easily installed and works just like it says. I would use this again or recommend to another user. Love the contact form...it's what I needed.

Does not allow you to add a Custom Field Box. Its pre-set with only 7 Pre-titled Non Changeable form boxes.
