It's a really nice app with lots of features. So much so that if it keeps working I'm upgrading to the paid version.

However, I will say that the icons look amazing on the phone but are a mess on the computer version. On the phone the FB messenger, contact, and scroll up button all sit as little round circles on top of each other. Nice clean look. On the website the contact can only be this large rectangle button that cannot sit in the corner. and the FB messenger doesn't sit nicely with the contact us they just meet and it doesn't sit nicely with the scroll like it does on the phone. If it looked like it does on the phone I'd be thrilled.

Great app easy to use especially for a first timer as myself. Fully recommend it. The monthly fee is also very reasonable. Great job guys.

I love the fact that there are some great features on this App for free but unfortunately it rarely works. It really isn't that consistent. We are forced to go to the App and and save our header bar each time we want it to display

You can't enter in a message easily while using an iPhone 4,5,6, or 7.
Something wrong with the message box when entering in text.
Other than that, everything works well

An excellent app. I was pointed towards this app by Shopify, who admitted that their native contact form was spam-prone. I am glad they did, because I have found that Easy Contact Form not only works well but that I could easily customize it to do what I wanted and to match my store's theme. Also, I had a minor issue with Easy Contact Form and their support fixed it for me very quickly and efficiently. Always a good thing - you don't want to get an app and then find nobody's home when you have a problem. Thoroughly recommended.
