I had a complicated series of freight rates & shipping zones & the customer service I received form Peter at Better Shipping was second to none. Highly recommended.

Was in need of an app that had fixed pricing for each product and this app saved the day! It's super easy to use and works excellent.

This app and most other shipping apps require the 'real-time carrier' feature to be enabled on your Shopify store. If you are paying Annual for your plan, you can open a chat support session with Shopify to have them add that feature for you at no cost.

I installed this app because I needed product specific shipping. Turns out my shipping config was much more complex than I previously anticipated.

And Better Shipping did EVERYTHING I wanted it to. I could set rates on specific products. I could set caps on shipping rates. I could group products into tiers and apply rates for specific tiers. Everything I needed to do, Better Shipping could do.

But the best thing was the support I received from Peter. I submitted a support ticket asking for some help, and Peter responded the same day (within an hour or two) with a solution. It was a great solution, but it made me realise my requirement was a little more complex. So I gave him more detail about my requirement and he suggested another solution. And that was closer to what I needed, but still not perfect. His final suggestion nailed it.

I was so impressed with his patience and his obvious desire to help me solve my shipping problem.

I wholeheartedly recommend Better Shipping - not just because it's a great app, but because the support is first class.

v2.0 of this app is absolutely KILLER. I believe it is still in beta, we have been testing it and it is crazy how powerful it is compared to v1. So far we are incredibly impressed - and the support is brilliant as well. If you have various different products with different shipping prices, Standard & Express shipping, would like to group products and allow shipping discounts - this is your app. It does however require some time to LEARN how it works! The documentation is a little long but I guess this is the nature of the beast.

Peter and the team from Better Shipping have been fantastic! We have had a shipping issue we have been working on for over 6 months, trying out various shipping & postcode apps, tried numerous Shopify experts and no one could fix our issue of charging for remote/regional shipping! This was costing our business thousands of dollars and Better Shipping fixed this for us so fast! We are very grateful! They did a full brief and gave options and clear advice with no strings attached, we are very happy with the process and the outcome! Highly recommend and can verify they are honest, knowledgeable and care about customer service. Thank you

Great app, does exactly what I need. Excellent and very responsive support. Highly recommended. By the way, if you can't afford the most expensive Shopify plan but need this app, contact Shopify and they can add the Real Time Shipping module onto your account. (if you pay an annual subscription they throw it in for free.)
