BetterDocs FAQ Knowledge Base

Die Einarbeitung in die App ist komplex, vor allem die Einstellungen des Designs. Dafür hat man viele Optionen + eigenes CSS. Wenn man alles eingerichtet hat und sich um die FAQs kümmern will klappt das schnell und effizient. Das Beste ist aber der Support, ich habe immer live Antwort erhalten und diese war immer 100% zufriedenstellend.

After encountering a problem with the editor's display, I contacted support via the conversation tool. We were able to narrow down and resolve the issue in several steps. The tool that allowed support direct access to my installation was extremely helpful. This is what I call good support!

I needed to set up a knowledge base or a Wiki and this app is the best one I found for my usecase. The design part of the app is a bit lacking on features, but this is very well covered by the support team. If you're having any problems just reach out to support!

There are serious limitations in this area, and when we asked for a solution, unfortunately, we didn’t get the support we needed. Still, thanks But for those considering buying it, be aware — if you expect full customization and user-focused solutions, keep this in mind before purchasing.
