The customer support on live chat was very helpful and responsive, however, there are still some bugs and issues in the BetterDocs & hopy improve these.

I cannot reccommend this App enough, a great tool. Service and back up is amazing and Amit is very helpful and happy to work with you until your questions are answered. 10/10 from us!
