This app is awesome! So many options for prebuilt, powerful reports. And then you can create your own custom reports and include a TON of information. Then, the best part is being able to schedule reports so that they can be emailed to you every day or on whatever schedule you need.

The customer service is incredible. I had a questions about adding a specific field to my custom report, and I received a reply from Claudia in less than 10 minutes that she had added it to my report for me.

Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to level up their reporting capability in Shopify!

We're using this app to improve efficiency in inventory re-ordering. With the help of the Better Reports team, we now have access to great reporting that allows us to assess weeks of inventory on-hand based on current inventory counts and historical sales (at best, a painfully slow V-lookup without Better Reports).

I wanted a very specific report calculating the total gallons of perfumer's alcohol each customer has bought, so I could stop manually tracking this (there's a legal limit to how many gallons a person can buy per year without a permit).

It was a challenging problem, because we sell multiple sizes of alcohol, so the ounces have to be calculated and then converted to gallons.

They got it done in two hours. TWO HOURS.

Other places, I might not have even heard back that the ticket had been started by then. But not here!

Very responsive and helpful support staff! Our client needed a very specialized report for their accounting team, one that wasn't an out of the box feature. Wow, I reached out to hello@betterreports.co and reached Clement Gutel who said he would create my report himself with all of the info I needed in about 18hr. I was concerned because I needed a lot of variants so told him he could reach out to me via Skype (I believe he's based in Australia). He instantly began a chat with me on Skype and confirmed he would get everything to me by morning my time. Sure enough, when I woke up it was in my inbox NO FLAWS, all correct! I had one question though and he responded to me at 12:30AM his time... DEDICATED and AWESOME customer service!! Thank YOU, Clement and Better Reports :)
