Better Reports

The app works well and has enough flexibility to create really powerful reports.

But I really can’t say enough about their support! Surprisingly, unexpectedly great!

The Better Reports app has made our whole team happy. This app has the highest ROI for the monthly cost. The customer support was incredible in helping set up a custom report for accounting. The ability to quickly & easily create custom reports for every area of our store is exactly what we were looking for.

I already love this app! I used to copy-paste values from a custom field, that I couldn't access via the regular Shopify reports. Better Reports saves me this tedious every-day task, and I'm finally excited to scale!!!!

Also, Clement does a wonderful job supporting this app. He created my report for me on the very first day of me signing up for the trial. I didn't even have to spend any time trying to figure out how to build the report. 100% outsourced! 100% Loving It!!!

First off, the reporting is hands down the best, most powerful option out there. Customization is so easy and quick.

If you need something custom, you can message them. I needed something special and Kritesh in the matter of about 2 minutes had a custom field set up for me to pull my reporting / auto updating a special field.

Just upgraded from Shopify Basic to the next-level subscription. The upgrade itself was free because we have a POS too, so the total amount was the same. We've now come to realize that it'll cost us 20$ more pr. month because of Better Reports priceplan setup. Probably wouldn't have upgraded if we were aware of that. So pay attention to that.

This app has helped us tremendously with getting the reports that Shopify doesn’t offer. Their customer service has been some of the best that we have ever received. They respond promptly to any message that is sent and they are eager to help. If they don’t already have what I need amongst the many reports they already have set up in the application they will create what ever you need. Shopify could learn a thing or two from “Better Reports” If you have a Shopify store you really should automatically sign up for this app. I just hope and pray they don’t raise the price and make it unaffordable. Without “Better Reports” we would have to search for another POS system. We certainly hope Shopify knows what an asset this company is to them. Sending a huge THANK YOU to everyone there at “Better Reports” The only recommendation we have would be for them to change their name to “Best Reports” Again, thank you for being such a great addition to our team.

This is literally the best and most useful app. The reporting goes beyond Shopify reporting and their customer support is stupendous. I email them almost every week asking for a new report to be written and I hear back within 24 hours and sometimes within the hour. Their reporting has been a game changer for my company and they work endlessly to fine tune it until it is exactly to my needs. I had tried numerous reports and when I finally stumbled upon Better Apps I felt like a weight had been lifted. We have many sales channels that Shopify does not have a field to capture in their reports. We use tags. Better Reporting allows me to use these tags in my reports so I am now able to run Wholesale, Trade, POS and Online in separate reports without having to move to an entire separate Shopify for each of them. The reports are also incredibly user friendly, I am now able to make my own if necessary but my Customer Service Expert is always there to help me if I need it. You can also schedule reports to be sent to any team member on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis. I highly recommend this app!

We use this app for custom reporting for month end or to crunch reports for advertising, sell-through and all sorts of financial and statistical data. Much better than higher end apps without the cost. smile.io integration would be killer.
