Love this app! Use it everyday and it never disappoints. Support is awesome! I have needed many custom reports and support never let's me down.

I use this app to customize product types sold by Sales Person. I needed help developing a report and Better Reports has been so accommodating. The report possibilities are amazing.

I love this app because it can provide everything from pre-built, ready-to-present reports or I can dig into the raw data and utilize this in other tools/templates for planning. Better reports help to create more granular reports where Shopify native reporting falls short. Their techsupport is able to help with any custom field that we need added and are very responsive and helpful as they can be. Sometimes large report exports can only be in csv , but they provided personalized helpful video to import to excel in right number formatting.
