Better reports has provided an easier reporting tool to sort and analyze my Shopify data.
I can’t stress how valuable this app or should I say tool has been to understanding our business performance and just simply being able to answer data questions on the fly by building reports intuitively, but not with a complicated interface. I love the scheduling functionality where you can create a report and have it emailed to anyone at any time as often as you’d like as a PDF orExcel sheet. Their customer service is the best that I’ve experienced so far. The only reason it doesn’t have five stars is because they need to invest more and the mobile functionality of the report because I access this report most often with my phone can’t recommend this enough.
The app is a bit hard to use, but it's totally my ignorance and lack of time to learn. Your team is great. Gets me what I need every time!
The quick and efficient help by the support team means building reports and analysing data for the business has been greatly improved.
So far so good - had a very specific use case and the support was great in setting up the report I needed.
Right out of the box, it is working great... only 4 stars because I feel It's a little pricy at $20 per month, but I need the reporting it can provide.
I wish there was an annual payment option to reduce the cost by 25%. I'd be all in and give 5 stars for that!

Claudia has been an amazing support. We use Better Reports A LOT, like DAILY. When we made changes in how we represent floor models in the shops, she helped us integrate it into our daily inventory reports. Much appreciated!
Really good customer service as they'll help you with any ideas you have to make custom reports. And they do it fast. This is a very good thing, bc my only gripe is the interface is confusing for the lay person to navigate/implement ideas. I'm usually able to fiddle through and create some basic reports that I want to see, but I often call on them to help me dial it in.
I find it difficult to create a proper report, however...
Their response team is always quick to help and they are very good at creating the report you want!
