We have had a very good experience with Better Reports. The Support team has been very quick to respond with help on our reporting needs.

One of the best add on apps. Customization is fast and accurate by the team! If they don't have it they will build it.

Great app! The customer service support was really good. If you are wanting to get better understanding of your shopify data, use this app!

Great help on my day-to-day work as I'm alone doing all the ecommerce work from its management to operations. It helps me not wasting my time buidlign the report and focus on analysing them and finding insights rather than spending hours on excel building tables.

So far so good with these guys. This reporting app is more than the others but after using it for a few days I now know why. Support is fantastic and the data that moves from Shopify to the app is so much faster than the other reporting app I tried. Price has been justified!
