Amazing customer service!! They will help you create custom reports based on your needs and ideas. Really amazing product that I would recommend to anyone.
Amazing app and the best and most important part: the customer service is AMAZING and HUMAN! There is no chatbot you have to get through, you just go straight to a human who is VERY VERY knowledgeable on how the app works. Claudia is who I have worked with and she is so so so helpful! Thank you Claudia and the better reports team.

A powerful and easy to use report tool. You can start with one of the built in reports and easily save it as a custom report and redesign it in the way you want. The support is amazing. I reached out to them when I needed help with a report. I got a very swift response from Claudia who created a new version of the report where she adjusted it just the way I needed it, and also posted a very instructive and enjoyable video.
Better Reports provide top notch service. They are always prompt at replying to queries and can always build the custom reports we require. Excellent app!

It seems more powerful that we'll ever need, but still usable. Support is top notch. On the expensive side, but you get your money worth if you use it.
Well what can I say. I needed to calculate fulfilment company commission based on sales which was at different percentage levels per product type and also user group. We had 4 user groups. I managed to achieve a part solution but then had to ask for support. I was amazed that within 24 hrs a custom solution was created which works exactly as we need. Ciara in support was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Been using the app for around 1 week now and have created several other solutions which simply aren’t possible using Shopify default reports, including inventory management. Some of which required further customisation by support which again was no trouble. All reports are now scheduled to send on the required dates for full atomisation. Cant recommend the app enough. A real bargain compared to the amount of time saved.
