This app is awesome! So many options for prebuilt, powerful reports. And then you can create your own custom reports and include a TON of information. Then, the best part is being able to schedule reports so that they can be emailed to you every day or on whatever schedule you need.
The customer service is incredible. I had a questions about adding a specific field to my custom report, and I received a reply from Claudia in less than 10 minutes that she had added it to my report for me.
Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to level up their reporting capability in Shopify!
Better Reports handles customizable reporting better than any other app we have tested or trialed. Our team has been utilizing this app for 5+ years now, across our marketing, product, and fulfillment teams. Loading times are fast, data exports are consistent, and the team has always been responsive and friendly. The only data limitations we've ever encountered here are from the Shopify API itself. We'd highly recommend this app to other Shopify Plus stores looking for accurate and in-depth reporting.

I wanted a very specific report calculating the total gallons of perfumer's alcohol each customer has bought, so I could stop manually tracking this (there's a legal limit to how many gallons a person can buy per year without a permit).
It was a challenging problem, because we sell multiple sizes of alcohol, so the ounces have to be calculated and then converted to gallons.
They got it done in two hours. TWO HOURS.
Other places, I might not have even heard back that the ticket had been started by then. But not here!

This app is amazing! Detailed reporting is so much easier with this app and the reporting is so robust. Highly recommend- especially for separating our reporting based on collections (which is a function shopify doesnt have).
