Better Reports

Update 9/24/21: I still use Better Reports daily! Really useful, thanks so much for this awesome app. Original review 8/13/20: Awesome customer service - they helped me get up and running with a custom report that I needed right away, but I wanted to use the app for a bit before leaving a review. I have one report that I've scheduled to arrive in my and my employees' inboxes every morning, which is super helpful to us. I've had no issues with the reliability of it. For creating and tweaking reports, it's very intuitive if you're familiar with PivotTables, Tableau, PowerBI, that kind of thing. And if not, their support team can help out however you need, I'm sure. Really happy with this app! It makes it easy to pull exactly the data that I want from my shop. Thanks!!

A very powerful reporting tool that is much, much faster than the alternatives we've tried - even large reports are provided in a few seconds. I don't know how this is possible! Their customer service is also very good - responsive, knowledgeable and really helpful. They just developed a complexcustom report for us that is super-useful for us in 30mins. Amazing! My only quibble is that an SFTP option would be useful for us. I would definitely recommend.

I am a Data Strategy Manager working on building a new pipeline for E-commerce. Better Reports has been excellent to work with in helping me add custom reports. Their support team is extremely knowledgeable and responds to my request quickly. I've been working outside of 9-5 hours, sometimes early in the morning and late in the evening. Regardless Better Reports Tech Team is responsive day or night. Thank you for being an app that lives up to their claims.

So far so good, tough to find the data already in Shopify from Shopify so this app bridges the gap well.

This app is super helpful and definitely useful for helping to gather end of the quarter/ year reports. What is even better is that I was having a difficult time finding the report I needed. I emailed customer service and not only did they send me what I needed, they sent me an additional custom report via email per my request and updated the option to pull this data in the future in my account! I absolutely find this app to be valuable and worth the monthly fee.
