Amazing customer service!! They will help you create custom reports based on your needs and ideas. Really amazing product that I would recommend to anyone.

Amazing app and the best and most important part: the customer service is AMAZING and HUMAN! There is no chatbot you have to get through, you just go straight to a human who is VERY VERY knowledgeable on how the app works. Claudia is who I have worked with and she is so so so helpful! Better Reports should work with Stripe to ensure that there is a complete set of data. Stripe populates a field that allows mapping of orders back to Shopify. It does not provide the same reference for refund transactions.

As a Result, the field needs to be manually populated after researching Stripe refunds to identify the appropriate reference.

Claudia is more than helpful with explaining Better Reports and has a patient tone while learning. They put together extremely helpful reports for me!

A powerful and easy to use report tool. You can start with one of the built in reports and easily save it as a custom report and redesign it in the way you want. The support is amazing. I reached out to them when I needed help with a report. I got a very swift response from Claudia who created a new version of the report where she adjusted it just the way I needed it, and also posted a very instructive and enjoyable video.

Better Reports is an excellent and affordable application designed to provide helpful KPIs. I was working with a very expensive product beforehand and was nervous to switch over, but it's been a breeze. The best part about this platform though is the customer service (Keanna - you are a rockstar!) They were so helpful and patient and that is something hard to find on some of these other platforms. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
