The tech team is amazing. I was having trouble installing the app due to a bug and they spent the day helping me to get it resolved. Really good company and great product!
Everything Shopify Reporting does not let you do can be done with this app. For our use case, it was nice to filter by Order Tags.
This reporting app works great, with stellar service! We have somewhat of a unique use case that required multiple changes and small report customizations, and Clement patiently worked with us through them all, making each requested change within 24 hours. He's gone above and beyond to make sure that we have the exact reports that we need. We looked at a different reporting app with a lower price point, but they were not nearly as flexible, responsive, and involved in suggesting solutions and predicting potential problems. Highly recommend Better Reports!
Basic shopify plans have very limited reporting capability making it hard to get the data you need for making decisions. I found Better Reports was very easy to use, and made getting data fast a painless process. There are lots of preset reports and easy to use slicers and filters. It never takes more than a few minutes to get the answer you need. Highly recommended.
Better reports is the bridge I was looking for to reflect all the gaps that came with normal shopify reporting. Not only is it user friendly and accurate, but the team there is eager to help me create any reports I need help with.

Exactly the reports we needed, good pricing, minimal hassle
Better Reports is a vital part of our business. It helps you get analytics on almost every statistic possible in Shopify. We have created over 30 reports, many of which we get emails about whenever we want.
Often the reports help us see which products we should take off the site. We have many 'failsafe' email reports. For example, imagine if you have logic that depends on a tag called 'preorder'. And then you stock that product so it's no longer a 'preorder' but you forget to remove the tag--potentially creating errors on your site--better reports sends you an email report so you never make mistakes like that.
Support is a 10/10. We get responses and help with report setup within hours of emailing them.
