I love this app and its customer support team so much! This app feels limitless is what it can do. The report capabilities are so much better than the basic Shopify reports. If for any reason you get stumped on how to build a report or need more ways to compare your data, the Better Reports team always comes through and makes it all work. Truly one of the best customer service teams I've ever dealt with.

After looking for a reporting solution for years we tried again, trial of this and that and this one actually works and the support was best ever received. Response in minutes not days. Worth it check it out. Saves us lots of time and manual mistakes we used to make doing data dumps and working in excell

Fantastic app, reports and customer service! After spending way too much time realizing I just couldn't get the info I needed from Shopify, Better Reports helped me in no time. Clement made a couple custom reports for me and I couldn't be happier about the time I just saved and having all my info so perfectly organized in front of me now.

Wanted to wait for a while before we rated it and so far, I feel like this app is really intuitive and it sorts out what needs to be filtered and it reports just want you need. Like the fact that they were able to help customize

It is an excellent resource with a lot of depth. The staff are very helpful and will write custom queries for you. They can take a while to reply sometimes but when they do I get the feeling they are trying their best to be helpful. The restrictions they encounter are down to Shopify more than Better Reports.

This reporting and email scheduling app is so useful in our business and the support staff are so quick and helpful. They have the fix for any custom issue

There really is no other report app- if you have a large business don't waste your time checking them all- this is the one you want

With our previous Epos system we could extract all through figures on a regular basis which is very important in the running of our fashion business. It is not as easy with Shopify to get the sam kind of result. Thanks to the very helpful people of Better Reports they managed to customised the kind of reporting we needed to get as close overview as we used to.
