Better Reports

Best reporting app there is. I tried out like 4 of them. Better reports shows the most reports and Clement is super helpful and has even made me some reports that we're standard reports someone would need. Excellent customer service too, I've always been responded to within a few hours

This app makes reporting out of Shopify possible, and intuitive. Anything beyond basic analytics is extremely difficult to pull natively out of Shopify. With Better Reports and its easy to use drag and drop style interface, we can pull all the data we need to run meaningful analysis on our store. We've run into a few snags, but support was very helpful in modifying our reports and even adding in some custom fields.

The app helps us to grow with using data better. Also the customer service is great, they helped us a lot. If we need a special report, they always create new one what we need.

Great App! Enhances the reporting capability of the store tremendously. Also has very easy export functions in case you need to present the data somewhere.

Really useful, thanks so much for this awesome app. Original review 8/13/20: Awesome customer service - they helped me get up and running with a custom report that I needed right away, but I wanted to use the app for a bit before leaving a review. I have one report that I've scheduled to arrive in my and my employees' inboxes every morning, which is super helpful to us. I've had no issues with the reliability of it. For creating and tweaking reports, it's very intuitive if you're familiar with PivotTables, Tableau, PowerBI, that kind of thing. And if not, their support team can help out however you need, I'm sure. Really happy with this app! It makes it easy to pull exactly the data that I want from my shop. Thanks!!
