Very helpful support team

Very useful tool to pull almost every data from multiple stores. Customer service is premium.

On day three of using the app. Still getting accustomed to it, but the customer support has been great so far. We needed a couple of unique custom reports right away and the BR team created them for us in less than 24 hrs of us contacting them.

Better Reports is worth every penny. Not only does the app help you delve deeper into your analytics in a more intuitive way than Shopify, but their customer service is absolutely top notch.
