Better Reports

Keanna worked hard to find the root of the issue. Created a new and better report. Also pointed me to more documentation for an additional resource.

Really helps fill the gap that Shopify leaves in reporting. Support was also fantastic and immediately helped pull a unique field that default Shopify reports had no ability to reference.

This is by far my top rated app in our Shopify store. Not only is it super easy to use right out of the box, the staff are extremely helpful when you occasionally can't figure something out or need extra help. A++

Great App! We emailed and had a custom report made in a matter of hours. Until Shopify and Quick books have a better integration solution we will be going with this.

I have not explored it's advanced functionality yet, but I installed this app to build simple reports and it does exactly that. Intuitive enough to get started without extensive training.

Stellar support, intuitive editor, custom fields (but I bet you won't need 'em), and multi-store support. Truly, exactly what I want from a Reporting App.

The customizable options are amazing. The techs are super helpful and best of all the reports could be schedule and deliver straight into my Google drive!

This is an invaluable app to run both ad hoc and regular reports. The customization is outstanding. Their customer support is attentive and answers complex questions about how to calculate different measures and dimensions. Couldn't do business without it!

I recently began using Shopify and loaded the last few months of business data into the app (customers, products, sales, other) and processed all orders testing along the way and trying to observe any deficiencies. One limitation in shopify is the reporting function. The data is collected but very limited functionality on viewing general performance measures and details. Shopify referred me to Better Reports to assist me. I quickly loaded the app and designed a few reports, an Account Receivable and Payment Method by transaction. I needed assistance in getting the totals in one column in the AR report and emailed Clement a request to help. He responded within the hour and provided a duplicate report with the necessary update. He did this twice because I inadvertently deleted the updated file he created. This was outstanding service. The app is amazing and has the ability to create any report necessary using Shopify data. I am a control freak and will design many reports in the future to help manage business. I would recommend this app to all shopify users. The design is simple but powerful. I look forward to using the app in the near future and am sure I will provide another positive rating soon too. Thank you, Clement and Better Reports for your assistance! My experience with Better Reports has been great so far. I needed some custom reports, and the person who made these reports, Kritesh was able to make the ones I needed and do it in a timely manner. Also he was courteous and understanding. The reports I have now will enable me to make better decisions about what changes to make moving forward with my business. Thanks, Better Reports!
