We originally downloaded Better Reports to schedule & distribute reports to emails that don't have access to Shopify. Our team has greatly benefited from from this feature alone and beyond. Not only is it able to run detailed reports by location, device, user, product department, payment type, etc...but it can also link different Shopify stores to view a single report from both stores. Their customer service is excellent and has helped quick turn reports (tables AND graph reports) with continued flexibility. It does have a little bit of a learning curve....but since our current business lacks a robust IT or analytics department, Better Reports has become one of my favorite apps.
An outstanding application! Gives me almost exactly what I need to properly manage and monitor my store.
The "Out of the Box" reports are comprehensive. I've tweaked a few to my liking - and am now going to start some Customizations.
Always super helpful! The app is easy to use but when I need help with a complicated report the team are always happy to help

We use this app on our Japan store. This app allowed us to have the flexibility to sell in Yen, but have a second custom field show the USD cost of the items. We were able to get the exact reporting we wanted to show our sales. Their support reps are quick to respond to inquiries and easy to work with. They are always able to help with customizations unless there is a limitation on the Shopify side. You won't be sorry if you use this app on your Shopify store.
Better reports is for sure the most comprehensive reporting app in Shopify App store.
Report designer is amazing feature and helped up create complex sales reports with just a few clicks.
We wish that every Shopify app developer would have a customer support like Better Reports has.

Such a quick reply when I needed help figuring out how to include my current on hand inventory alongside historical sales data in a report!
I use a pick up date and time app and support team helped me almost instantly with a daily recap report for my pick up inventory. I would be lost without them. Outstanding support team, app is easy to use!
We use this app for ditribution in and around Amsterdam. I love that you can inform your customers and that it is very easy to use
Customer service is outstanding - I often hear back the same day of reaching out. They offer tips to create reports and if there isn't a feature available to get the data you're looking for, they'll create a custom report for you. There are several variables I hope will added to the filter list. Overall great app and worth the price.
