I am thoroughly impressed with this app and use it daily without ever being disappointed. The support team is outstanding, consistently providing assistance whenever I need custom reports. I have only been working with Better Reports for a few days, but so far any time I have requested help running a report they have responded super quickly with exactly what I want and some other options. I would rate their Customer Service EXCEPTIONAL! Claudia rocks!

I have been searching for the means to create analyses that will allow for extremely precise reports to be generated, and only when specific parameters are met. This app takes the cake - their customer service was incredibly engaging, extremely helpful, and surprisingly thorough in helping me implement some of my first reports. Would highly recommend to anyone who has a need for precision breakdown of data as well as the ability to schedule out reports to multiple recipients.

Better Reports turns what is a good POS system from Shopify into a GREAT POS system. Without it we would not have access to the kind of detailed reports that we need to run our retail business. The support is also second to none!

This app has been immensely helpful in calculating taxes as well as keeping track of year end stock.

Tons of options. I am still learning my way around setting up the reports but if I have an issue they have the best support, and always quickly provide me detailed instructions on how to set up what I wanted to do, and go ahead and set it up for me to see how the end result looks too along with the walkthrough on how they did it, which is a huge help

The team at Better Reports are an absolute pleasure to deal with and, as yet, I've not found anything that I want reporting on that they can't help me with. They respond so quickly and are so helpful it's genuinely a pleasure and a delight that I have this app on my store.
