Better Reports

Better Reports turns what is a good POS system from Shopify into a GREAT POS system. Without it we would not have access to the kind of detailed reports that we need to run our retail business. The support is also second to none!

This app has been immensely helpful in calculating taxes as well as keeping track of year end stock.

Tons of options. I am still learning my way around setting up the reports but if I have an issue they have the best support, and always quickly provide me detailed instructions on how to set up what I wanted to do, and go ahead and set it up for me to see how the end result looks too along with the walkthrough on how they did it, which is a huge help

The team at Better Reports are an absolute pleasure to deal with and, as yet, I've not found anything that I want reporting on that they can't help me with. They respond so quickly and are so helpful it's genuinely a pleasure and a delight that I have this app on my store. It has paid for itself over and over again by me having the ability to look at my data in ways that Shopify can barely do.

Excellent app and incredible support! We've created a lot of useful reports that simply aren't possible with stock reports in Shopify Analytics.

There is no other app that gives you the flexibility and control in running your business the way YOU need to, versus the way Shopify capabilities allow. It is a game changer when it comes to using Shopify for non-traditional online sale use (such as restaurants and class-heavy educational groups). I use the app for running far more sophisticated and complex reports that I can from Shopify. The subscription is not cheap, however, one receives a platinum class service which can save me not hours, but days of work and pulls data, which I cannot, from raw Shopify. Yes painful to pay but well worth the money. Their staff are highly knowledgeable and respond with working solutions in a very short timeframe.
