This app deserves 5.0 review for its usefulness, simplicity and amazing support. Support team is very responsive and designed my report quickly.

I've used Better Reports for two years. They've been responsive to my questions concerning adding Shopify data elements such as PayPal transaction IDs to their report. I highly recommend this report.

While I don't necessarily find the user interface to be the easiest to use, the support that comes with this app is absolutely fantastic. Better Reports serves our complex, multi-location needs as far as Register Summaries, Daily Finance reports, complex inventory reporting, etc.. and the Support staff is top shelf when we need something explained, tweaked, or completely new!
