I was able to work with their team and create a custom report that provides a total qty of products ordered, broken down by individual variant. This is extremely helpful in producing fulfillment reports for packaging. A++

Better Reports has much more helpful information for us to run reports for paying sales tax and comparing monthly sales. The support is amazing too - very responsive, quick and helpful!

amazing, easy to use and layout, it pulls tons of data. we use to to sync to google sheets and have an entire automated workflow setup based on that single report that saves us approxmiately 10 man hours a week. and we have just started to scratch the surface of its functionality.
UPDATE: this product gets better and better. we needed some custom reports and the team made them in a few hours - automated them to google sheets for our financial guy and boom - probably another 5 hours per week saved.

Better Reports has been instrumental in creating custom reports that are helping to evaluate our business performance. One report was a table showing the correllation of products purchased together... which has helped us very much with our cross marketing of products. Great customer service. Responsive and very willing to jump in to help create a report when asked.

I am blown away by how good this app is. What used to take hours to mine for and report on takes mere minutes. Not to mention the supportive and helpful customer service. They are quick to answer questions and can help your reporting when you get stuck.

The APP is very powerfull. We are no report designers and we received all the necessary support (and more), very quick, professional and adequate. A lot of standard reports, but the real power reveals making custom reports. Untill know everything we needed is possible. So when you're looking for a powerfull and especially flexible reporting tool, this is the one.

Great customer service from Claudia to get a custom report done within minutes of my first email request. Still evaluating this reporting app - it would be great if it had a dashboard capability. Really miss that feature.

This is the best app I have found to do the reports I need. They have prepared just about every report you could think of but you can modify if you need to. Very user friendly but if you get stuck, customer service is right there to help you. I even got help on a Friday night.
