Better Reports

We have had a great experience with Better Reports when we switched our POS over to Shopify they were a huge help in setting up our automated reports. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for more detailed reporting.

I don't like that we have to pay for more expansive reports within our POS app but the excellent customer service from better reports makes the cost worth it! They are very responsive and have a "yes we can" attitude!

The support is the best I've received so far with any Shopify App. Clement has been overwhelmingly helpful. There are a lot of apps out there that do similar things, but I have been blown away that Clement not only took the time to truly understand our requests, but carried them out in a very timely fashion. I wanted to be able to look at different reports and inventory amount so I decided to get the Better Reports app...I am so glad I did!! I can look at totals or orders, inventory and other things from so many different angles...it really opens your eyes to everything going on in your store!!

This is the one stop do everything you need reporting solution. If you need something crazy like a column containing a substring of one field concatenated with another field - support will build the column for you. Support has been fantastic and quick and comprehensive. I couldn't be happier with this app!

A much more powerful and flexible reporting system than the standard reports that come in Shopify. Easy to save custom templates that show only and exactly what you need at the click of a button. The support is quick and thorough if you need any help - they even made a custom variable for me to get my reports organized precisely as I needed them to be.

This app is a must have for Shopify reporting. The customer service is fast and very helpful. If I can't figure something out they are always eager to help me out.
