i just installed it. personalized it. and in 5 minutes is ready. it seems worth the money. the assistance is super quick.

Great for all the reporting needs I have with our various stores. Can easily generate new, customize and consolidate things to suit. Support staff are helpful and quick to respond - highly recommended app.

I was unable to even use this app. Every time I clicked the app it just kept refreshing the page and saying server error. But every other app on my Shopify works. This app looks good, but I wasn't able to even try it because of this glitch.

First up your software interface is waaaaaaay to complicated.
Really cannot work it out.
Waaaaaay too many options on there, it’s too intimidating.
Also, no phone support? wtf?
Picking up the phone is the easiest and most direct form of comms.

If I could give this app and their customer 100 stars I would. I have used this app daily for 5 years. I’m amazed again and again the power of data I have at my fingertips at any given moment. The customer support is second to none. They are extremely fast, friendly, patient, and do whatever it takes to help you get any information you need. I can’t imagine doing business without this app. It’s a game changer! It pays for itself over and over.
