Great app which provides us with all the in-depth reports we need, while still on shopify basic plan.

The support offered is second to none too - fast response times and quick to find solutions to any queries we have raised.

While I don't necessarily find the user interface to be the easiest to use, the support that comes with this app is absolutely fantastic. Better Reports generates great reports that Shopify is just lacking in. Really great and speedy customer support too!

Better Reports serves our complex, multi-location needs as far as Register Summaries, Daily Finance reports, complex inventory reporting, etc.. and the Support staff is top shelf when we need something explained, tweaked, or completely new!
