Better Reports

Easy exporting of customer email per product for upsells etc. I couldn't figure out how to do it myself but app developer responded within the hour with the report option created for me in my dashboard. Recently I needed to generate sales tax reports per item for a quarter in 2020 for my state sales tax amended return. I needed a better tool for revenue and inventory reporting and Better Reports fit the bill perfectly. The ease of customization has eliminated multiple steps in my workflow and saves me hours every week. I love this app!

I don't like that we have to pay for more expansive reports within our POS app but the excellent customer service from better reports makes the cost worth it! They are very responsive and have a "yes we can" attitude!

I am still getting used to all of the reports but Better Reports has nearly everything I need to keep up with my business and is super customization. When I needed some changes and deeper customization, Better Reports was quick to respond and will help create what you need. Great value for those that need a deeper understanding of their business.

I used this app to get customized reports for my Shopify store. On top of the many already available reports there are, you can also customize what you need. Rishika and Keanna were extremely helpful and customized all the reports we needed. I highly recommend.

They are GREAT to work with. Always answer my questions promptly. We are new to this and I can be a little annoying.

There's a little bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, the reporting features are much more extensive than what Shopify offers natively. Also have had very positive, speedy responses from support.
