The reporting we've been searching for! Been trying to find out how to create a Sell Thru report to help with planning future seasons, and this app is the one to do it! There are so many reporting options in here, and when we struggled to put our custom reports together, Clement sorted it out for us very quickly. Great customer service and a great app.
Great customer service! Helped out with several questions I had and definitely made reporting and analysis simpler and more efficient.
I used this app to track unpaid invoices and create monthly Statements for outstanding accounts. The creator was more than happy to immediately provide additional resources and new fields to accommodate our requests. All the time communicating quickly and explaining how to use the information. We are very happy to move from free trial to monthly payments.

This app is simply amazing! The data analysis this app empowers is incredible. It can get very complex quickly so the fact that the customer support is very quick and top notch really makes this app worth every penny.
This app is awesome! I love that you can schedule reports and build whatever you want to see- so many more options than Shopify has available on their analytics section. Also, they are very helpful in getting you set-up and answering any questions you might have.

This is a must have app. The name can be misleading that it is limited to reporting. However, with the flexibility to add reports to Google docs and building work flows based on that is just amazing. Clement, Founder of the app is super quick with replies and extra flexible. The pricing is quite reasonable and I would highly recommend the app.
It helped me pull data points together from a bunch of different apps we've signed up to - was a pain trying to work with individual apps and reports until I came across this. The support team's awesome in helping pull it together too!!
We have used Better Reports since we launched our stores on Shopify 2+ years ago. Initially we were testing with another Reporting app, but it was too limiting in the number of users and reports, not to mention functionality. We're so glad we found this app!
Customer Service has been superb. They're always responsive to any inquiry. Recently Kritesh went above and beyond to create a custom field for us in order to address a Shopify shortcoming.
