Better Reports

We were struggling with the decision to upgrade to a higher plan to get more reporting functionality, but couldn't find out if the reports that we would get at a higher tier of service from shopify would work for us, then the person on the phone from shopify recommended I try out Better Reports. A few minutes after it was installed, it felt like all of our reporting problems were finally solved. Months later and we can still say the same thing. We are so happy with this product and can't wait to see what new features are coming.

Wanted an app to track sales from discount codes to allow me to pay influencers a percentage commission on their sales. Shopify wouldn't let me do this at my price plan so looked for an app to help. Stumbled accross Better Reports and it's fantastic. Reports on literally everything. And the best bit is, they email me a report on the first of the month with a full breakdown of the codes used and total sales. Absolutely ideal. Would recommend to everyone.

Just getting started so I will post an update after I have made a few reports, but so far it is great. Downloaded all my stats easily and basic reports are excellent!

This app is fantastic! Highly intuitive, click and drag, with instant results so you can see what your report will look like before it’s done. But the best part, hands down, is the support the team provides. I worked in the IT industry for 16 years and Clement and his team are literally the best support staff I have ever worked with. They are bright, polite, patient and quick to respond. I’ve provided them some tough tasks and gone back and forth with screenshots several times and have never not been able to be provided with what I need. BETTER REPORTS INDEED. This app is 100x better than Xporter and 25x better than the native shopify reports. I use this daily about 20 different times for anything I need to know. It allows you to pivot however you want, look across multiple data tables which is AMAZING. and it's FAST -- it generates right in front of you and you don't have to wait forever and a day for it to render. Our whole company is now using it.
Also, if you need any custom fields or have questions how to display information, support has been SUPER helpful and pretty quick to respond.
This is my new favorite app. I don't know what I would do without it!! Get this app!!!!!

Not only are the possibilities for customizable reports very great to have, but Claudia from Better Reports has helped us to actually take advantage of the many different features/reports!

This app is amazing. There were so many limitations to the stock reporting and this app gives me literally unlimited reporting with any data points I desire. I needed some help and the dev team helped me make some custom reports I needed the same day. I have never strongly recommended an app so strongly as this one.

This app provides much more powerful reporting than the native Shopify functionality. They are also very helpful in generating custom reports to help parse your sales data. I'd recommend giving them a try.
