I use this app to create and use various custom reports in addition to the standard existing reports. Its fairly simple to use and you can tweak the existing reports to suit your needs.

Better Reports is a great app. I was easily able to build custom reports and support was always very fast to respond when I couldn't figure something out.

Great service - They've helped us a few times answer questions, and have actually made custom reports for us. They're always great to work with
