Better Reports

I love this app because it can provide everything from pre-built, ready-to-present reports or I can dig into the raw data and utilize this in other tools/templates for planning. We have been using it for almost 2 years and have continued to be excited about how easy it is to get to the data we need. Their customer service is also fantastic - quick to respond and so personable in helping you solve any issue that may arise.

This is a great app, the customer service is absolutely amazing! Anytime I need a special report, I ask for help and then they set it all up for you pretty quickly.

Better Reports has seriously upped our analytics. The custom reports allow me to pull the exact information that I am looking for, without the hassle of a bunch of complicated excel files. We've had this app for about two months and it is already the most useful app that we have. Their support team is very supportive and quick to reply. Don't hesitate to add this app to your store, you are going to love it!

I have been using this app for only two days, comparing it to another top-rated report app. The response of their customer service is not only timely, but their explanations, along with screenshots and step-by-step instruction is exceptional. I am so impressed with the team and their support! In addition, the reports are easy to read, setup, and schedule, and I haven't found anything that the customization fails to do. I highly recommend this app!

Better reports help to create more granular reports where Shopify native reporting falls short. Their techsupport is able to help with any custom field that we need added and are very responsive and helpful as they can be. Sometimes large report exports can only be in csv , but they provided personalized helpful video to import to excel in right number formatting.

Reports themselves are beautiful - developer was extremely responsive and supportive of our efforts.

Even though they don't have tutorials on how-to's for this app, it's very self explanatory and if I have any questions, the customer service is QUICK and the instructions are easy to follow.

There are SO many options for the types of reports you can view, along with even creating a custom report.

I decided to get this app instead of upgrading my Shopify membership and I'm so happy that I did. It's much more cost effective, while allowing me to analyze my sales in order to drive more sales and continue to make money.
